Pared Down Aerospace Trade Secrets Suit Set For Trial

Law360, New York (March 9, 2010, 12:45 PM EST) -- A judge has tossed Bell Aerospace Services Inc.'s allegations that competitor U.S. Aero Services Inc. and several employees stole trade secrets, but Bell's conversion and breach of contract claims against some of the workers are set to go to trial.

Judge Myron H. Thompson in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama on Friday let U.S. Aero and five of the employee defendants off the hook entirely but was not as kind to everyone.
