Anheuser-Busch Files Trademark Suit Over Baby Bottles

Law360, New York (March 09, 2010, 1:52 PM ET) -- Anheuser-Busch Inc. has filed a trademark infringement suit against a small Maryland company that sells gag baby bottles shaped like beer bottles, claiming that the artwork on the bottles looks too much like Budweiser labels.

The St. Louis-based beer giant filed suit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri against Baby Beer Bottles Inc. and Greg B. Jones, asserting claims of infringement, trademark dilution and unfair competition.
