Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 12:54 PM ET) -- Internet Radio Inc. has become the latest defendant to exit a patent infringement suit brought by Fowler Woods LLC over technology for displaying electronic advertisements with streaming audio.
Fowler Woods filed an unopposed motion to dismiss Internet Radio without prejudice Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Each side will bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, according to the motion.
