7th Circ. Hands Insurer Win In Cleanup Cost Fight

Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 3:09 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has handed a win to American International Specialty Lines Insurance Co. in its fight with the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District over who should pay for pollution cleanup on a piece of property along the city's Lincoln Creek.
