Mont. City Ordered To Hand Over Power Plant Docs

Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 6:05 PM EST) -- A Montana state judge has lambasted Great Falls, Mont., and the Southern Montana Electric Generation and Transmission Cooperative Inc. for refusing to release certain documents in a suit brought by an environmental group over a proposed power plant partnership, saying the defendants have completely exasperated the court's patience.
