Schwan Ordered To Give EEOC Info In Sex Bias Case

Law360, New York (March 10, 2010, 4:24 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ordered The Schwan Food Co.'s home delivery unit to turn over information regarding its general managers to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which is investigating a charge of sex discrimination against the company.

Judge Janie S. Mayerson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota on Monday ordered Marshall, Minn.-based Schwan's Home Services to comply with the EEOC's subpoena by March 29, 2010.
