King & Spalding To Pay Associates Up To $190K In 2010

Law360, New York (March 11, 2010, 5:15 PM ET) -- King & Spalding LLP has revealed the much-anticipated 2010 salary scale and 2009 bonuses for its Atlanta partner-track associates, with salaries topping out at $190,000 and bonuses at $55,000.

Salaries for 2010 range from $135,000 for first-year associates to $190,000 for eighth-years and are retroactive to Jan. 1, according to an internal memo obtained Wednesday by the Fulton County Daily Report in Georgia.

The new schedule pays $10,000 less per an associate class than the old scale, which came out at the beginning of 2008....
