Howrey’s Latest Round Of Cuts Targets Partners

Law360, New York (March 11, 2010, 7:05 PM ET) -- Struggling to bounce back from a steep 35 percent decline in profits per equity partner last year, Howrey LLP is planning to cut loose up to 30 partners mainly from its U.S. offices.

Just a month after handing out pink slips to nearly 100 associates and staffers, Howrey is going to slash 10 percent of its partners, and the decision will affect both equity and nonequity partners, a source told Law360.
