Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 5:28 PM ET) -- DLA Piper has snagged a former partner of Kaye Scholer LLP’s energy practice in an effort to elevate the firm’s corporate and finance teams. (Corrects an article published on March 12.)

Roger W. Rosendahl comes to the firm’s New York and Los Angeles offices as a partner with experience in mergers and acquisitions, global project finance and privatization, and energy and power services, DLA Piper said.
