Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 2:32 PM EST) -- In a suit brought by the Sierra Club, a South Carolina appeals court has ordered a review of whether Chem-Nuclear Systems LLC — a contractor that disposes of low-level radioactive waste on state-owned land — is in compliance with rules requiring it to engineer barriers to prevent soil contamination.
