Mattel Wants Docs About MGA's Bratz Investigation

Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 12:52 PM ET) -- Mattel Inc. has asked a court to order MGA Entertainment Inc. to turn over documents from internal investigations into whether employees had taken Mattel trade secrets concerning Bratz dolls.

Mattel filed a motion Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California seeking to compel production of the MGA documents, as part of the second phase of the long-running dispute between the companies over Bratz.
