Gibson Dunn Catches Mayer Brown Antitrust Star

Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 2:54 PM ET) -- Boosting its antitrust and competition practice, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP has snagged a Mayer Brown LLP partner and former veteran of the European Commission’s Directorate General for Competition to join its Brussels office.

Andres Font Galarza, who hails from Mayer Brown, boasts 13 years of experience at the European Commission, where he was involved in more than 300 cases, including 40 merger reviews, Gibson Dunn said Friday.
