Teen's Suit Against Teva Over Acne Drug Survives

Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 1:06 PM ET) -- A teenage girl's suit alleging that an acne medication made her legally blind has survived a summary judgment bid by Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., which argued that state law failure-to-warn claims were preempted by federal warning label rules.
