Law360, New York (March 12, 2010, 6:35 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has reversed an award of about $2 million in attorneys' fees, including $1.3 million to now-defunct Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP, in a contract and fraud class action over canceled charter airplane tickets between the U.S. and Nigeria.
