Trustee Gives Vinson, Genovese Bribery Claims To Feds

Law360, New York (March 15, 2010, 2:12 PM ET) -- A U.S. Trustee’s Office representative has told a Virgin Islands court that he forwarded bribery allegations concerning Vinson & Elkins LLP and Genovese Joblove & Battisa PA attorneys — lodged by a bankrupt Caribbean telecommunications executive — to the U.S. attorney's office for that district.
