24 Hour Fitness Settles RICO Suit Over Club Dues

Law360, New York (March 15, 2010, 6:58 PM ET) -- Fitness center chain 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc. has reached a deal in a contract class action filed by customers alleging the company continued to charge them monthly dues after they canceled their memberships, agreeing to pay what could be hundreds of millions of dollars in reimbursements.
