Law360, New York (December 22, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- With new majorities in both houses of Congress, the Democrats will have a chance to reshape antitrust policy once the 2007 congressional session begins. However, they will be up against many challenges that make drastic change improbable, experts say.
