Kaplan LSAT Antitrust Claims Ruled Time-Barred

Law360, New York (March 15, 2010, 7:52 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has tossed a putative class action accusing Kaplan Inc. of restraining competition in the Law School Admission Test preparatory course market through a market allocation agreement with a competitor, concluding that the suit is time-barred.
