Latest Toyota Suits Demand Refund For Drivers

Law360, New York (March 15, 2010, 7:00 PM ET) -- Plaintiffs in a pair of new putative class actions against Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. are demanding a full refund on cars the auto giant recalled over sticking accelerators.

Toyota owners in Washington on Monday lodged a 20-page complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington accusing the company of breaching express and implied warranty and violating the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act by selling unsafe vehicles and failing to fix problems when they occurred.
