Microchip Wants Sealed $1.5M Delphi Case Axed

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 2:19 PM ET) -- Microchip Technology Inc. has hit back at Delphi Corp., asking a bankruptcy judge to throw out Delphi's $1.5 million adversary case and accusing the formerly bankrupt auto parts supplier of manipulating the Bankruptcy Code.

Delphi ran out the clock long ago for pursuing the case, despite a secretive series of deadline extensions, according to the motion by Microchip, filed on Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
