Atty Groups Ask Court To Clarify Induced Infringement

Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 5:09 PM ET) -- The American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association and the Federal Circuit Bar Association have teamed up to ask a federal appeals court to take another look at its recent ruling in favor of French appliance maker SEB SA, arguing that the court has a key opportunity to clarify the law of induced patent infringement.
