VeraSun, AgStar Settle 'Multitude' Of Sale Disputes

Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 4:30 PM ET) -- A federal judge has approved a deal between recently liquidated energy company VeraSun Energy Corp. and one of it former lenders, AgStar Financial Services PCA, resolving several disputes over VeraSun's sale of its assets last year.

Judge Brendan L. Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved the deal Monday, ruling that it was in the best interest of both VeraSun and AgStar.
