Staffing Cos. Escape OT Claims In FedEx FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 5:04 PM ET) -- Finding that two staffing agencies that worked with FedEx Ground Package System Inc. qualified as exempt under the Motor Carrier Act, a federal judge has granted their motion for judgment on the pleadings as to allegations that they failed to pay overtime wages to pickup and delivery drivers.
