Cephalon Goes After Lupin In 6th Nuvigil Patent Suit

Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 11:42 AM EDT) -- Cephalon Inc. has filed yet another patent infringement suit to keep generic versions of popular narcolepsy and sleep apnea drug Nuvigil off the market, this time targeting Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Cephalon filed the complaint Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, the latest in a string of lawsuits it has filed over the sleep drug.
