XM Radio Hit With Patent Suit Over MP3 Player

Law360, New York (March 18, 2010, 1:14 PM ET) -- XM Satellite Radio Inc. has been hit with a lawsuit alleging infringement of patents that cover an audio program player and playback system technology.

Personal Audio LLC filed suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, claiming that XM has infringed two patents by making, selling or offering to sell its XMp3 player and the Iuno and Iuno 2 players.
