TitleMax Disclosure Statement Wins Court Approval

Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 1:11 PM ET) -- A federal judge has approved lending company TitleMax Holdings Inc.'s disclosure statement describing a reorganization plan that would refinance its senior debt while providing full recovery to unsecured creditors.

Judge Lamar W. Davis Jr. of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia ruled Tuesday that the third amended disclosure statement, filed only the day before, satisfied the requirements of the Bankruptcy Code. The third amended statement made minor changes to a second amended statement filed March 11.
