Cadwalader Lures Litigation Trio From Proskauer

Law360, New York (March 17, 2010, 6:32 PM ET) -- Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP has snagged three litigation partners from Proskauer Rose LLP, one of whom will assume vice chairmanship of the litigation department, the firm announced Wednesday.

Louis M. Solomon, Hal S. Shaftel and Colin A. Underwood will join the firm's New York office as litigation partners, with Solomon becoming both vice chair of the department and head of the commercial and international litigation practice group, Cadwalader said in a statement Wednesday evening.
