Metavante, Lehman Settle $7M Claim Over Swap Deal

Law360, New York (March 18, 2010, 7:49 PM ET) -- Banking industry technology provider Metavante Corp. has reached a settlement with a derivative arm of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. in a dispute over a swap contract, following Metavante’s appeal of a finding that it owed more than $6.6 million under the deal.
