US Hand Truck Makers Urge ITC To Maintain Duties

Law360, New York (March 19, 2010, 1:18 PM ET) -- American manufacturers of hand trucks have asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to maintain anti-dumping duties on imports from China, arguing that a revocation of the duties would likely result in a continuation or recurrence of injury to the domestic hand truck industry.

The record of evidence in the current five-year sunset review supports the duties' continuation, Gleason Industrial Products Inc. and Precision Products Inc. contend in a public version of their comments on the issue released Thursday.
