Tribune Seeks To Hold Bondholder Trustee In Contempt

Law360, New York (March 23, 2010, 10:49 AM EDT) -- The bankrupt Tribune Co. has alleged that a bondholder trustee violated the automatic stay and should be held in contempt of court for lodging an adversary case against Citigroup Inc. and other banking giants over their role in a 2007 leveraged buyout that left the news organization saddled with about $9 billion in new debt.
