Old Republic Sues Travelers In $1.3M Diacetyl Fight

Law360, New York (March 19, 2010, 2:12 PM EDT) -- Old Republic Insurance Co. has sued The Travelers Indemnity Co. and Citrus & Allied Essence Ltd. in an attempt to recoup about $1.3 million it spent defending Citrus in lawsuits brought by workers who alleged they were sickened by exposure to the butter-flavoring chemical diacetyl.
