Law360, New York (January 02, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- More than 30,000 physicians have filed a motion asking to join a putative class action lawsuit that accuses health insurance company WellPoint Inc. and two subsidiaries of illegally rescinding coverage after health care providers rendered services.
