Dodd Financial Reform Bill Headed To Senate Floor

Law360, New York (March 22, 2010, 6:39 PM EDT) -- U.S. Senate Banking Committee chairman Chris Dodd, D-Conn., opted Monday to bypass committee markup on his financial regulatory reform bill, passing it out of committee with only Democrats' votes and delaying debate on all amendments and changes until the bill reaches the Senate floor.
