Schwab, Investors Face Questions Over Mutual Fund

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 1:51 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing an investor class action accusing Charles Schwab Corp. of committing securities violations by misrepresenting the risk profile of its YieldPlus Fund has laid out more than a half dozen questions about the fund's management for the parties to address during an upcoming oral argument.
