Report Puts ITC Near Vote On China Chloropicrin Duty

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 7:01 PM EDT) -- Investigators at the U.S. International Trade Commission have issued their final report on the chloropicrin trade, setting the stage for a vote on whether to extend long-standing anti-dumping duties on imports of the pesticide from China for another five years.

The public version of the staff report, which the ITC released Tuesday, does not recommend whether or not the anti-dumping duties should stay in place but provides a summary of the data collected in the course of the third sunset review.
