$1.6M Bus Driver FLSA Settlement Gets Final Approval

Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 12:50 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted final approval to a $1.6 million collective action settlement between school bus company First Student Inc. and 750 drivers, aides and others who alleged the company violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by improperly calculating overtime.
