Intel Loses 2nd Bid To Stay Processor Patent Suit

Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 1:08 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing Optimum Processing Solutions LLC's suit accusing Intel Corp. and other technology giants of infringing a patent for computer processor technology has refused to reconsider an order denying the defendants' bid to stay the case pending re-examination of the asserted patent.
