Physician Payment Reporting Obligations: A Reality

This new legislation incorporates provisions of the Physician Payment Sunshine Act (the “Sunshine Act”), which Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, first introduced several years ago as part of his ongoing efforts to achieve greater transparency in the relationships between physicians and industry.
