Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 1:28 PM ET) -- Herbert Smith LLP has snapped up two counsel from Linklaters LLP, a move that will give a boost to its energy finance team.
Martin Kavanagh and Matthew Job will join the partnership in Herbert Smith's London energy finance team in early summer, increasing the group's headcount to 20 lawyers, the firm said.
Kavanagh is an energy finance specialist with experience in acting for lenders, borrowers, governments and multilateral agencies, particularly in Africa, according to the firm.
