Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 12:16 PM ET) -- FotoMedia Technologies LLC has dropped the final defendant from an infringement suit over a process for uploading and sharing photos online while it seeks to overturn a re-examination decision on the three asserted patents.
Judge T. John Ward of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Wednesday dismissed all claims asserted by FotoMedia against photo-blogging company Fotolog Inc. with prejudice, as well as all counterclaims asserted by Fotolog against FotoMedia.
