US Bank Managers Lose Class Cert. Bid In OT Suit

Law360, New York (March 26, 2010, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to certify a class of current and former bank managers in a case accusing U.S. Bank NA of misclassifying them as exempt from overtime pay under California law.

Judge Jacqueline H. Nguyen of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California denied the bid for certification Thursday after finding that the experiences of the potential class members would likely vary too much to merit a class action.
