ITC Maintains Anti-Dumping Duties On Mushrooms

Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 12:32 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to keep in place existing anti-dumping duties on preserved mushrooms from Chile, China, India and Indonesia, finding that revocation of the duties would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of injury to American producers.

In a five-year sunset review, the ITC voted Friday to keep existing duty orders in place, which require anti-dumping duties as high as 243 percent for some importers.
