Travelers Wants Sanctions For Insurer In Payout Spat

Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 3:04 PM EDT) -- Travelers Property Casualty Company of America has asked a federal judge to slap American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Co. with sanctions for withholding documents in a spat over the insurers' contributions to a $6 million payout for claims over construction defects at an Oregon mall.
