Law360, New York (January 04, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Data storage company Storage Technology Corp. agreed to a pay out an undisclosed sum Tuesday to settle antitrust charges brought by the same rival it filed a copyright and patent infringement suit against four years ago.
StorageTek sued Custom Hardware Engineering & Consulting Inc. in October 2002 over robotic tape library access codes. StorageTek manufactures and services robotic tape libraries while CHE provides third party maintenance for them.
