$180M Lasik Plaintiff Gives TLC Plan The Stink Eye

Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 6:10 PM EDT) -- Close on the heels of a bankruptcy court's approval of the latest restructuring plan for TLC Vision Corp., a Lasik eye surgery patient reportedly seeking $180 million in class action damages has attacked the plan’s treatment of medical litigation claims.

The objection, filed Friday, urged Judge Kevin Gross of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware to reject TLC’s fourth amended reorganization plan, saying it fails to extend fair treatment to all the creditor classes.
