US Steel Cos. Appeal Upholding Of Duties' Annulment

Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 2:22 PM EDT) -- Steel manufacturers Nucor Corp. and U.S. Steel Corp. have appealed a ruling that affirmed a U.S. International Trade Commission finding that revoking duties on imports of hot-rolled steel from Argentina, Kazakhstan, Romania and South Africa would not materially injure the American market.
