Murkowski Presses EPA For Details On GHG Rules

Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, ranking member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, is pressuring U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lisa P. Jackson to divulge more details about plans to regulate greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act.

Murkowski sent a letter Monday to Jackson, accusing her of dodging 11 of 13 questions on how the EPA will move in the near and long term to regulate carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions from stationary sources while protecting American jobs and economic competitiveness....
