FDA Tobacco Panel Weighs Menthol Ban

Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 4:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Tobacco Products Scientific Advisory Committee on Tuesday kicked off a yearlong scientific review of menthol cigarettes, eyeing possible regulation to either restrict or ban the flavoring in tobacco products.
