Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 5:55 PM EDT) -- The judge overseeing discovery in litigation accusing a slew of airlines of fixing prices on air cargo has ordered Societe Air France to hand over five boxes of documents to plaintiffs, rejecting the airline's argument that France's “blocking statute” prohibited it from turning over the material.
