Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 5:37 PM ET) -- A federal judge has largely rebuffed a motion to dismiss Clear With Computers LLC's suit accusing Hasbro Inc., Bergdorf Goodman Inc. and Epson America Inc., among others, of infringing a patent for an electronic proposal preparation system.
Judge Leonard Davis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas ruled Monday that CWC had adequately pled its direct infringement claims under the U.S. Supreme Court's standards in Twombly and Iqbal.
